Paid readings will be emailed to you directly in PDF format. Paid readings will be completed within 48 hours, no video will be provided, only images. If for any reason I cannot complete a reading within 48 hours you will be refunded, contacted and told when to expect my return.
Once your reading has been delivered refunds are not available. If your reading has not been completed you may request and will be granted a refund.
